Accessibility statement.
This website should work for everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. Below is our commitment, where we stand today, and how to reach us if anything gets in your way.
Built for everyone.
We build this website for the widest possible audience, whatever their ability or technology. Accessibility is part of how we work, never an afterthought, and we hold our own site to the same standard we hold our client work.
We measure the site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the internationally recognized benchmark referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and adopted by regulators and courts as the practical standard for an accessible website.
Where we stand.
This website is conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, which means it meets every applicable Level A and Level AA success criterion. We audited each page and our chat widget, and we keep that standard intact as the site evolves.
Measures in place.
- Readable contrast. Text and interface elements meet AA contrast minimums: 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and controls.
- Full keyboard access. Every link, button, form field, accordion, and the chat widget works without a mouse, with a clearly visible focus indicator.
- Screen reader support. Semantic landmarks, a logical heading structure, descriptive link text, image alternatives, and correct names, roles, and states for interactive elements.
- Clear forms. Visible labels, autocomplete support, and errors that are announced and explained with steps to fix them.
- Skip navigation. A "Skip to main content" link is the first thing keyboard and screen reader users reach on every page.
- Responsive & reflowable. Content reflows to a single column on small screens and stays usable at 200% zoom, in any orientation.
- Respects motion preferences. Animations are reduced or removed for visitors who request reduced motion in their system settings.
Where we keep working.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a milestone you reach once. Some content may not yet be fully optimized, and external tools we embed are not always within our direct control. If you run into a barrier anywhere on this site, tell us and we'll work to fix it promptly.
Tell us what's not working.
If you have trouble accessing any part of this site, or you have feedback on how we can improve, please get in touch. Tell us the page and what happened, and we'll respond within one business day.
