What does it cost?
The AI Automation Audit starts at $300. Automation builds are quoted per project, from $997 setup plus a monthly retainer. Websites start at $497 setup, plus $97/mo for optional care. All prices are starting points and depend on scope.
How much do the AI automation add-ons cost?
They are priced per product, with starting points that depend on scope: a Lead Notification Flow from $997 setup plus $147/mo, an Industry Chatbot from $1,497 plus $247/mo, and Email Triage AI from $1,997 plus $297/mo. Ongoing, multi-workflow help is available as an AI consulting retainer from $1,497/mo.
What is the AI Automation Audit?
A paid diagnostic. One working session on one workflow, ending in a written, priced, build-ready plan. It starts at $300, due before the session, and the plan is yours to keep. The fee is credited in full toward the setup fee of an implementation project approved within 90 days. It does not apply to monthly retainers, unrelated website work, or third-party costs. Additional workflows are quoted separately.
How long does it take?
A website sprint runs 5–10 business days after scope and access are ready. An automation build depends on the workflow; the audit gives you a timeline with the plan.
Can you help with content and copy?
Yes. You provide the business facts; Atlas Methods turns them into page structure and website copy.
What happens after launch?
You can manage the site yourself or add monthly care for updates, form checks, small edits, and light reporting.
Who owns the website?
You do, once the setup fee is paid. You can ask for a complete, portable copy at any time and we hand over the code, content, and repository at no charge, usually within 5 business days. The scope spells out access, handoff, and any third-party subscriptions before work begins.
When does AI automation happen?
Once there is a specific, repeating workflow worth automating. A website is not required first. The first automation should be small, testable, and easy to explain. If you are not sure what to automate, start with the AI Automation Audit.
Do you work outside Southern California?
Yes. Southern California is the local starting point, and remote work is fine when the scope and communication are clear.
