What you are buying
- Scope
- One audit covers one workflow, chosen with you before the session. Additional workflows are quoted separately, so the scope stays fixed and the plan stays specific.
- Price and payment
- From $300, scoped to your operation and confirmed in writing before you pay. Payment is due before the session, and the session is scheduled once it clears.
- Rescheduling
- You can reschedule once at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Later changes or a missed session are rebooked at our discretion and may be treated as delivered.
- What “delivered” means
- The audit is delivered when the working session has taken place and the written plan has been sent, normally within 3 business days of the session. The fee is not refundable once the audit is delivered.
- The plan is yours
- The written plan is yours to keep and to act on, including with another provider or in-house. There is no obligation to build anything with us.
- Credit policy
- The $300 audit fee is credited in full toward the setup fee of an implementation project approved within 90 days. It does not apply to monthly retainers, unrelated website work, or third-party costs.
